steps

step 1. stop drinking. honestly it is getting me nowhere. as nice as a cold beer is; water is much nicer. and healthy. see step 2.

step 2. continue to run every night. maybe not for any reason other than to not be fat. maybe do some sort of abdominal thingy. no. never mind. just the running. "be healthy son" - dead prez

step 3. move. there is no use trying to redefine myself when everyone else is entrenched in their definitions. dumb.

step 4. get new bike tires.

step 5. do more. or less. mushrooms. i can't decide and i don't want to. on one hand they are good and on another hand they are bad. certainly not for a while. that's all we need to talk about the mushrooms.

step 6. see step 3, but also, continue never ever. ever. datingeveragain. find a state of being that exists entirely outside of the realm and physical space of any ex-girlfriend.
